Langsamer Computer

Hi Leute.

Mein Laptop geht mir echt auf den Geist, weil er mega langsam ist, obwohl ich ihn erst neu formatiert habe und auch Antivirenprogramme ( Antivir und Norton ) hab drüberlaufen lassen.

Ok, er ist insgesamt schon ziemlich alt (2003 ), aber gibt es nicht ne Möglichkeit um den irgendwie geschwindigkeits-zu-pimpen?

Prozessor AMD Athlon64 3000+ ( 1,8GHz )

langsamer Computer

Hallo!

Kann mir jemand bei meinem Problem helfen?

Ich habe ein Pentium 4 mit 2.4 GB
Arbeitsspeicher 512 MB DDR-RAM
80 GB Festplatte.

Auch hatte ich einen Arbeitsspeicher v. 512 MB versucht einzubauen, der wurde jedoch nicht erkannt.
Wenn ich den Computer hochfahren will, dauert es eine ganze Weile
bis der Rechner unter windows xp endlich läuft.
Ich hatte vorher einen Pentium 3 mit 800 MB der war fast schneller als dieser.

Was kann ich für Einstellungen vornehmen?
Was brauche ich, wenn ich Ihn aufrüsten will?

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemands Tipps geben könnte.
